About the role

In this role, you will join a high-performance marketing team during a pivotal stage of growth, helping shape how Commcrete presents its technology, story, and value to the world. You will own impactful content, support marketing operations, and contribute meaningfully to product marketing initiatives as we expand into new markets and prepare for major product launches.

This is a hands-on role at an inflection point in the company’s trajectory - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves storytelling, and wants a front-row seat in a category-defining SATCOM company.


Responsibilities

Content Development
  • Write, edit, and manage marketing content: website pages, LinkedIn posts, brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with outsourced designers and other professionals to deliver high-impact assets.
  • Maintain and update the company website (basic Webflow/WordPress knowledge required).
  • Draft white papers, use cases, and product descriptions.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar.
  • Support product marketing deliverables such as feature summaries, value propositions, and competitive positioning documents.
Digital & Campaign Support
  • Assist in LinkedIn, email, and PR campaigns prior to events or business efforts (using HubSpot and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or working with a PR company).
  • Prepare and manage landing pages, campaign flows, and ABM assets.
  • Track and report on content and performance (CTR, engagement, etc.).
  • Contribute to marketing operations processes including campaign setup, analytics, automation workflows, and audience segmentation.
Research & Strategic Input
  • Work with an analyst on market research, competitor mapping, industry trends, and event opportunities.
  • Help build persona lists and analyze market expansion opportunities.
  • Identify new content angles, customer pain points, and emerging defense/public safety topics.
  • Support product marketing insights by gathering market feedback and translating it into clear messaging and content opportunities.
Event Support
  • Assist with preparation of event marketing collateral (presentations, banners, brochures).
  • Coordinate marketing operations for local and global tradeshows.
  • Support follow-up campaigns post-events.
  • Help structure product-focused demo flows and messaging for events.
Business Development Support
  • Assist in building customized sales collateral for distributors, primes, and field teams.
  • Coordinate enablement materials (presentations, demos, use-case kits) for partners and reps.
  • Support pipeline nurturing activities and marketing-sourced lead tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent product messaging across BD materials.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing/marketing communications.
  • Native-level English writing and editing skills (mandatory).
  • Strong content writing and content project management skills.
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to align marketing activities with sales and company growth objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with content development to support growth in various channels (including social media, mainly LinkedIn).
  • Working knowledge of marketing platforms: HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS tools (WordPress/Webflow), and collaboration tools (mainly Figma).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable working with Trello, Notion, or Monday..
  • Experience or interest in product marketing for B2B technology and/or marketing operations (automation, funnels, analytics
  • Advantage: Familiarity with the defense sector or public safety audiences.
